Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3-7 business

days once shipped. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with 

tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Agnes House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered 

addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Agnes House is not responsible  for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. 

International Shipping

International Shipping may be available on select orders. Customers are responsible 

for any customs or duties or import fees.
